@RP131 - Positive Tests by Specimen Date - 27/03/2021

This is an extended version of the daily 'Positives Additions' thread I post to twitter. This includes all the content from the twitter thread, along with additional material that has been trimmed to avoid bombarding people's timelines.

[1/8] Type data not available today so limited thread. 4,715 new #covid19uk positive tests reported today (27-Mar). This brings the rolling average by specimen date (allowing 4 days for lag) to 5,370 - which is a reduction of 3% in the last week.
[2/8] Longer term charts for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
[3/8] Closer look at the latest 45 days, with today's added numbers highlighted in yellow. Individual nations and animated England charts further down the thread.
[4/8] Separate charts for England (3813) Scotland (563) Wales (201) and Northern Ireland (138). Note the different scales. Also on certain days the specimen-date data for Scotland/Wales/NI doesn't get updated so the yellow bars may be mising or include multiple day's numbers.
[5/8] Animated chart to show how the #covid19uk positive tests by specimen date have been contributed to by reports over the last 7 days. Note this just includes England numbers as other nations don't always publish their specimen date numbers every day.
[6/8] And England regions, starting with North West, North East, Yorkshire & Humber and West Midlands. Again, note the different scales.
[7/8] Plus East Midlands, East of England, South East and South West. Again, note the different scales.
[8/8] And finally, London.
